Grades 6-8 in the Greater Toronto Area

The visionary starts with a clean sheet of paper, and re-imagines the world. – Malcolm Gladwell

What is SRHacks?

SRHacks 2021 is the first ever youth coding and engineering hackathon held by Science Rendezvous. Students in grades 6-8 within the Greater Toronto Regions (i.e. Toronto, York, Halton, Peel, Durham) will have 3 weeks to tackle real-world problems by creating original designs/innovations which will be presented to professional judges in the industry. If chosen as winners, you will receive awards and/or cash prizes and have the chance to meet virtually with our esteemed scientist, engineer, and entrepreneur mentors! Everyone is welcome to participate, free of charge!

Are you interested but don’t know how to code or be an engineer? Science Rendezvous will be running interactive workshops during the competition period to help students develop new skills & learn more about S.T.E.A.M (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math disciplines).
